The veraPDF validator does include the checks for PDF/A-3 format. It also includes the plug-in framework that, for example, can be used to implement validation of XML attachments against ZUGFeRD schema. The documentation on veraPDF plug-ins can be found here: http://docs.verapdf.org/plugins/
The web demo is available at http://demo.verapdf.org/ , but it runs a bit outdated version of veraPDF. We are going to update it next week.
You can also test your files installing veraPDF locally. The installation package is available at:

Dear ladies and gentlemen,
we are the IT & Organization of a tax consultancy firm and in the framework of a project we create ZUGFeRD invoices which we plan to send via mail to our clients.
Now we would like to validate these ZUGFeRD invoices and examine the results of such a validation.
Is it possible to use the tool PDF-Validator veraPDF for this purpose?
Can I upload a couple of ZUGFeRD invoices somewhere and download the results of validation?
